Metta Yoga Seacoast, formerly Bikram Yoga Seacoast offers yoga classes for all levels of experience that benefit the body and the mind. Bikram’s 26 postures systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body, to each organ and fiber, restoring all systems to healthy working order, just as nature intended.

Located in Salisbury, the studio’s 1,300 sq foot hot room is state-of-the-art. It is temperature, humidity, and oxygen controlled, and ultraviolet light purifies the air as it warms you from the inside out, allowing deep stretching of all your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints.  Our hygenic and therapeutic Zebra Mat flooring is forgiving for those with joint pain, and our experienced staff helps students with particular mobility challenges to customize their practice. Outside the hot room, spacious, immaculate, and luxuriously appointed amenities surround you, with 5 showers, large locker and changing rooms, a relaxing lounge and refreshment area, towel and yoga mat rentals, plenty of parking, and easy access from I-95 and I-495.
